Two years after Patterns (Repeat), Swedish composer and musician David Wenngren aka Library Tapes has released a new album called The Quiet City which features Akira Kosemura, Hoshiko Yamane, Julia Kent, Michael A. Muller and Olivia Belli. Now he’s back with a new track called “Quiver“, out via his own 1631 Recordings.
