This Is Lorelei, the solo project of Water From Your Eyes’ Nate Amos, has officially signed to Matador Records. The announcement, made today (May 12, 2026), marks a new chapter for the artist, who previously released his last two LPs on Double Double Whammy.

In conjunction with the signing, Amos has unveiled a comprehensive tour itinerary that will take him across North America, Europe, and the UK throughout the remainder of the year. The tour is set to kick off on September 22 in Columbus, Ohio, at the Ace of Cups.

The upcoming run will feature appearances from Bleachers, Colin Miller, and @ on select dates. Before embarking on this extensive fall tour, Amos has a busy summer schedule ahead. He is slated to perform at Salt Lake City’s Kilby Block Party on May 17, the Newport Folk Festival on July 25, and the Just Like Heaven festival in Pasadena on August 22. Additionally, Amos will spend much of his summer on the road with Water From Your Eyes, who are currently serving as support for Hayley Williams’ tour.

This Is Lorelei’s most recent studio album, Holo Boy, was released in 2025. Earlier this year, the project saw the release of a “super deluxe” edition of his 2024 debut, Box For Buddy, Box For Star. That expanded release featured a star-studded list of contributors, including reworks from Power Snatch (the duo of Hayley Williams and Daniel James), Waxahatchee, MJ Lenderman, Jeff Tweedy, Snail Mail, SASAMI, and Momma.
