“Billie (Loving Arms)” is probably my favorite song to come out of the last portion of 2021, it’s also made by my favorite artist of 2021 – and that artist Fred again..
This man dropped 2 albums last year, Actual Life and the the follow up Actual Life 2. Even though I gravitate towards the former, “Billie (Loving Arms)” stands amongst the most memorable tracks in his catalog. Those heartfelt and anthemic vocals have the power to lift your soul in order for you to dance, hug someone, or even pump your fists in the air uncontrollably. It’s the kind of track that unites crowds and lays all your worries to rest even if it’s just for a couple of minutes.
