“A Place For Us” is the kind of track that makes me delighted that I discovered and fell in love with the genre of Downtempo/Electronica years ago.
This gem perfectly encapsulates the essence of Downtempo/Electronica albeit with an experimental edge to it. I was enamored with the glossy sound design underpinned by 4/4 drums. I can’t neglect to mention the nature feel/organic element which latently persists, especially with the subtle bird sounds. When the vocals slip into the mix we’re acquainted with a moment of relaxation within the progression too.
