Jeroen Dirrix is a Dutch prolific composer and multi-instrumentalist based in Rotterdam (NL); he combines piano, analog synths and electronics, pouring out trance-like music that ebbs and flows organically. According to his bio, Having begun his musical path as a classically trained drummer, exploring music from virtually any cultured angle playing in numerous jazz ensembles, symphony orchestras and (hard) rock bands, Dirrix’ vision on music has taken him to create his own way within the neo-classical genre and allows him to move freely through experimental and electronic music.
He has announced the release of a new EP called A Hidden Place which will be out in October via Moderna Records. Today we have the pleasure to share a new track called “Under” which shows the delicate and powerful touch of his music.
