Superbloom is the first collaborative album between Dutch cellist, composer and producer Maarten Vos and Utrecht based pianist and composer Nils Davidse. It willbe out on June 25th via Mylja. According to the press release, became close friends over a shared love for modular synthesizers. Two musicians with a taste for contemporary electronic music, Vos and Davidse began experimenting and constantly extending each other’s boundaries in hour-long colourful improvisatons in the studio. Both of them being occupied with other projects, their monthly recording sessions became moments of pure freedom.
