Ariana Grande has released a new horror-themed music video for “Hate That I Made You Love Me.” The short, directed by Christian Breslauer, stars actor Justin Long as Grande’s murderous lover. The narrative begins with a dark twist, showing Long burying the singer, only for him to be relentlessly haunted by her ghost as he desperately attempts to erase all traces of their past relationship.
“Hate That I Made You Love Me” serves as the lead single from Grande’s highly anticipated upcoming album, Petal. This release follows her 2024 studio album, Eternal Sunshine. In addition to her musical endeavors, Grande has been busy with her film career, including roles in the Wicked franchise and the upcoming Focker-In-Law, which is scheduled to hit theaters this November.
