Light Humidity is the project of Roswell based musicians Paul Rhodes (Your Gaze) and Jason T. Lamoreaux (The Corrupting Sea). Liquid is the debut album which is out now via Somewherecold. According to the press release, Both agreed to begin work on a collaboration and the recording process was one of ease and wonderful workflow. It was as if the two had been working on music together for their whole adult lives.
Liquid is the debut album of the duo and it demonstrates both of the duo’s talents. Paul Rhodes brings his shoegaze sensibilities along the lines of Slowdive while Jason T. Lamoreaux fills in the sonic frequencies with drones and electronic blips. The result is a gorgeous mix of guitars and synths.
