Toronto based composer and saxophonist Joseph Shabason has released a new album called The Fellowship which is out via Western Vinyl and Telephone Explosion Records (Canada). According to the press release, Across eight tracks that mesh spacious, jazz-laced composition with fourth-world and adult-contemporary tonality, he sketches an auditory map of the transcendence, unity, conditioning, and eventual renunciation of his upbringing in an Islamic and Jewish dual-faith household.
