Exciting times for Aussies from Tora: just yesterday they announced their new album and shared the new single “Why Won’t You Wait”. Despite a slightly heavy inspiration and story behind the track (“the fear of being forgotten in a long distance relationship”), the track is very easy on your ears with Tora’s signature R&B vibe. The vocals are wrapping you up and the arrangement gives a lot more texture to the track.
The band got stuck in Amsterdam amidst the global pandemic (honestly not the worst place to be stuck in), and put all of their energy saved for touring Europe into working on their new album.Despite being a a very tragic event, this pandemic has been fuelling a lot of creativity in music, and that’s one thing I appreciate about it.
