Boy, I can’t believe what I just encountered. This level of freshness is….. Ya’ll hip hop heads will get what I’m talking ‘bout after listening to this track.

The beat, the bars, the attitude, the looks and the amazing colourful video just made me feel like swimming in the Sea and eating bubble gum flavoured ice cream at the same time. This energy turbo boost is called “So Nice”, but don’t be fooled, it’s much more than just ‘nice’.

Straight Outta London, Too Many T’s keep on reviving that Golden Age hip hop scene, satiating our thirst for that 90’s boom-bap iconic vibes.  “So Nice” pays great homage to the scene – a feelgood head-nodding piano sample, wrapped around classic snares and hits, presenting a track that drips vintage Hip Hop. Ross and Leon’s usual upbeat lyricism, Slick Rick-style wordplay over dusty keys, is precisely the feel-good track the rest of us needed after such a mediocre year. Sitting somewhere between Beastie Boys, A Tribe Called Quest with a pinch of early Dilla.

A track, worthy of getting your repeat button stuck forever, “So Nice” comes with this marvellous video, I mentioned above. Enjoy:
