“Roll me up a blossom so that we could take a power puff”… Those were among the many lines delivered on “Smooth Like” that made me yell “Daaaaaaaamn” thanks to the variety of bars we’re welcomed to.
The track has quite a smooth and soulful instrumental, something that sounds like The Pharcyd or even a young Mac Miller would be on. What also makes this special is the stunning synergy between Al Merlot and Fredii B – their flows are quite different on the mic however the energy they bring is nothing short of comforting.
