I really appreciated how Toloro made use of real-world sounds (a ticking clock for example) to enliven the rhythm of the drums.
It create this elegant swing decorated by what sounds like keys jingling in the background. Melodically, “Outdated” exudes a dreamy atmosphere with the inclusion of these airy keys that are also quite difficult to get out of your head after some time.
