Even though “neon.” stretches for only 2 minutes, the track seamlessly feels like a gateway to serenity by virtue of its calming progression.
It was particularly the woozy synth that immediately grabbed my attention as it’s side chained in a manner that emphasizes the rhythmic swing. The guitar embellishments are also subtle, although the moment you notice them you become aware of how much life they breathe into the “neon.”
