“Green Window Red Dots” is a bursting melting pot of influences and with this single, De Kraken further resists being boxed in by the constraints of genre.
Like a bee gracefully floating towards pollen, garage is a genre I’m easily drawn too and as soon as those hard-hitting 2-step drums appeared I knew this was for me. De Kraken also decorates the stereo field with glistening synth textures, and his unorthodox vocal delivery gives the track an experimental feel that’s bound to distinguish this from any other tracks you’ll hear in a period of time.
