“Drools” takes us through one hell of a relaxing journey with its dreamy keys and drums tainted with a pleasant swing.

The mood we’re welcomed to actually invites the listener to look inward by virtue of the track’s introspective nature that’s accentuated by the arrangement of the Rhodes. “How did he get his drums to sound like that?” Is the one question I kept asking myself as the track progressed as they’re rich with color thanks and simultaneously reminded me of Quest Love. Fool Parsley has mentioned that the track is influenced by greats like Mndsgn and Elaquent, and the musicality along with the slappy drums is proof of that.
