Last week we marked the first step towards Ben Böhmer’s new album Begin Again planned for release on 24th of September via the legendary Anjunadeep. The album will feature 11 tracks, 5 of which will be collaborations with artists like Jonah, lau.ra, PBSR, and Gordi.
Ben’s music is aerial as it gets and the new release is no exception. An often companion to my morning runs or when I travel, the Berlin-based artist is dwelling in the space of ambient and progressive electronica, striking the perfect balance between chill and empowering.
When it comes to “Beyond Beliefs”, what I love the most is the intensity of the synths and their short attack – something perfectly opposes the ambient background which is the solid foundation of the composition.
