“Æterna” feels like what we’d get if we were to ever hear a collaboration between Rival Consoles and Burial.
It’s the dark drums coupled with the eerie cinematic progression that makes this so, and U n O along with his collaborator have gone out of their way to also make sure the track is brimming with emotional intensity. This is accentuated by the rough textures we’re introduced to and the strings that make an appearance towards the track’s closing moments.
