The music of Tom Ashbrook is inspired by artists such as John Williams, Pat Metheny, and Mike Oldfield. Two years ago we have introduced him with the debut-EP. He is back with “Klass”, a new song which is accompanied by a cinematic short film directed and produced by Hungarian cinematographer and FreeSZFE student Marcell Lobenwein.
The latter quotes the clip: “The film features scenes from the turbulent relationship of two close friends of mine. We started filming in the summer of 2021, in Budapest, Hungary. Back then, Laura & Martin were still living together in a small apartment, and I set out to do a quick film about them, mostly just to have as a stand-alone impression of that time in their lives. “
