Hailing from Saint-Ouen, in the northern suburbs of Paris, The Psychotic Monks got together in 2015. They released the first album in 2017 Silence Slowly And Madly Shines , then their second one – Private Meaning First – got a worldwide release through the label FatCat Records.
Prior to the album’s release and before the hard impact of the pandemic, The Psychotic Monks visited the Tapetown studio in Aarhus, Denmark for a session which they combined with a show at the Aalborg festival Northern Winter Beat. The video has been freezed for a while, due to the band’s change between labels and the effects from the pandemic.
