American band The Mars Volta (Omar Rodríguez-López and Cedric Bixler-Zavala) have announced the new self-titled album, the first in 10 years, which will be released on September 16th via Cloud Hill. “Vigil” is the first excerpt which comes with the official video. Watch it below.
