Jaguar Jonze (the moniker for musician-artist Deena Lynch) shares the cinematic and character-driven video for “MURDER” the second in a 5-part series of visuals that delve into the complex mind and multi-faceted personas of Lynch. Co-directed by Ribal Hosn (Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, Wonderland, Oyster), each music video for the forthcoming EP will be transformed into an antihero character “in a cyberpunk, anime, futuristic, graphic, almost sci-fi world”.
About the track, Deena says, “is about when a relationship gets pushed beyond a boundary that should’ve never been crossed and why we ever thought that was a good idea. Wishing that we could go back to where it was before that line was crossed but knowing we’re both guilty of having made that decision to, put grimly, ‘kill’ that relationship.”
