A Closer Distance is the collaborative album between Italian composer and pianist Bruno Bavota and Belgian musician and singer-songwriter Chantal Acda. It will be out on October 7th via Temporary Residence. According to the press release, While all aspects of the video’s production took place in Bavota’s home country of Italy, the art of ballet is very personal to Acda’s Dutch childhood and formative years, having been trained in classical ballet for much of her life. These creative and spiritual connections are a theme in the duo’s debut album.
