Alewya is a London based producer and singer-songwriter. Drawing influence from her African roots and UK club culture, we introduced her with the debut track “Sweating“; now she’s back with a new track called “Let Go“. The video, also released today, sees her as the sole performer and features flashes of Alewya’s own hieroglyphic-style illustrations. She says on the single, “I’m freeing myself up, getting more confident in how lost I feel. With ‘Panther In Mode’, I was coming from a more poised space. The next phase is more wild. I won’t hold back anymore”
