American band Unwed Sailor, formed by Johnathon Ford in 1998, have announced the release of a new album called Truth or Consequences which will be out on May 14th via Seattle label Spartan Records. According to the press release, Johnathon Ford’s new album is marked by heavily present, driving, and stacked bass lines; wandering and evolving song structures; soaring crescendos and moody nooks and crannies. The album is a sonic examination of particular memories or moments in Ford’s life, with each song serving as a unique snapshot of this overarching optimistic narrative.
