t Geruis is a Belgian musician and composer who we introduced with the 2020’s EP Que tu es belle, au revoir en douceur. Back in 2021, he has released the debut album called Various Thoughts and Places. Now he has announced a new album called Slow Dance on Moss Beds which will be out on February 11th via Lost Tribe Sound.
According to the press release, Making these pieces was a challenging dynamic between making and listening. The challenge of being able to say “stop” within the creative process, or in some cases to be able to take a step back. Reduction, sometimes destruction, before creation. When we stumble upon something valuable, we don’t dig any further. We dust it off, frame it and we don’t touch it again.
