Marika Takeuchi is a Japanese, Los Angeles based film composer, music producer and pianist. She has announced the release of a new album called Dreamer In The Dark which will be out on September 30th via Bigo + Twigetti. She explains: “This is a very personal album I made during my pregnancy. It’s music for sleep and relaxation, the reflection of many changes that happened to my life in recent years, and finding peace in the difficult world we live in now. I wanted to make this album more calming and ambient than my old albums, so I used fewer instruments and simpler production.”
