Sputters is the new collaborative album between Canadian, Berlin based producer and DJ LNS and Norwegian DJ and producer Stefan Alvin Mitterer aka DJ Stotofett. It will be out on June 25th via Tresor Records. According to the press release, Since 2015, Sex Tags have been hosting clubnights at Tresor, and now the two come together to release on the Berlin institution’s label delivering an album that hints of electro and reminiscent of the club’s history. Scattered everywhere are fat basslines and ricocheting drums, inhabiting a world full of sci-fi sonics dug out from archival material, it’s a deconstructed yet classic compound of the techno equation.
