Latvian-born visual artist and experimental producer Viktor Timofeev has released a new album called Palace of Peace & Reconciliation which is out now via Lo Bit Landscapes. According to the press release, it is a meditative collection of odes to digital alienation following projects & collaborations with Futura Resistenza, Quantum Natives & Bryce Hackford. Blissful black metal melodies, Eno-like movements, frantic Ligeti-esque discomfiture – a dreamlike soundworld of laments over estranged networks.
