Runar Blesvik is a modern classical music composer and musician from Oslo, Norway. He’s back with a new album called Restore which is out now via Fluttery. According to the press release, In his third album “Restore”, Runar Blesvik has made an emphasis on including different musicians from around the world to give his music a new perspective. Written over several years, the help of several talented people, like Bird of Prophet, finally completes this release which soothing voice you can hear on the track “Grow”, as well as the exiting vocal arrangement of Elle·Ouest on “Higher”. Although very piano sentric, this album also contains a lot of various instrumentation, giving a warm and acoustic landscape.
Restore takes you on an exploration of different moods and expressions, beginning with the organic and natural tones of “By All Means”, ending in an ambient and synth-heavy crescendo in “Above All”.
