Nanook of The North is the Polish duo that include musician and producer Piotr Kalinski and multi-instrumentalist Stefan Wesolowski. Four years after self-titled debut album, he has released a new album called Heidewhich is out now via Denovali Records. According to the press release, Their new material is a raw and minimalist sonic landscape, practically devoid of percussive elements but featuring vocals by an acclaimed mezzo-soprano Margarita Slepakova.
