Korda is the moniker of Swedish composer and sound artist Niclas Anderstedt Lindgren. He has released a new EP called Fruktan och bävan which is out now via Midira Records. According to the press release, On “Fruktan och bävan” – which means “fear and trembling” – Korda is exploring a mix of noise and drone. The sounds immingle in special way, the loud noise and the deep floating drones create inimitable soundwalls.

The main focus of Korda is “the dialectal and cyclical theme, which in “128” is present most in the interference of frequencies, which changes the listeners focus and the perception of the timbre” says Niclas.

It´s electronic music, but if feels like Korda used alienated sounds of pipe organs and bagpipes to create his very own soundcosmos. Do yourself a favour and listen with maximum volume, we are sure the album will blow you away.
