Empire State Observatories is the project of Seattle based guitarist and keyboardist Sean Curley (New Weather). He’s back with a new album called Beneath Truth which is out now via Obscure & Terrible. According to the press release, it was created during the pandemic lockdown and reflects inner turmoil amid grinding isolation and a global health crisis. However, the album represents a classic lemons-into-lemonade scenario, as Curley used this downtime to bring necessary sonic balm into the world.
