Rising rock force Bailey Spinn is hitting reset with her powerful new single, “start again,” out now. Produced by hitmaker Scott Stevens, who has worked with heavyweights like Shinedown and Halestorm, “start again” is driven by snarling guitar riffs, thundering energy, and Bailey’s emotive vocals. The track captures the complicated realization that sometimes the only way forward is to let go and give yourself permission to begin again. It marks another bold step beyond her pop-punk and rock roots, embracing heavier sonics while preserving the raw, unapologetic edge that defines her artistry. With over 22 million followers, the upcoming effort further solidifies Bailey’s position as one of Gen Z’s most dynamic voices in rock and heavy music.

“start again” arrives on the heels of Bailey’s hypnotic rock anthem “voodoo,” which saw her dive further into heavier territory with an eerie, hard-rock edge. The track followed her biting anti-Valentine’s Day anthem “homicide,” along with confessional standout singles “critical” and “fear of going out,” all of which garnered widespread praise. Bailey’s debut album loser (March 2025) also earned millions of streams, including 13M+ on fan-favorite “happy ending.”
Bailey brings a fresh perspective to the genre, while embracing the Y2K-inspired energy that has become central to her sound. This fall, she’ll bring that spirit to stages across the country as she joins Scene Queen on the METALICIOUS Tour alongside WARGASM. The trek commences on Tuesday, September 15th at The Masquerade in Atlanta, and hits major cities including Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York before wrapping in Orlando at The Beacham on Sunday, October 25.
This month, Bailey also added the title of “Podcast Host” to an already-impressive career rolodex with the launch of her own show, “Spinnin Out” on idobi Radio. The show airs weekly on the free idobi Radio app at 8:00 pm ET / 5:00 pm PT. The first two episodes featured alt-pop innovator Sophie Powers and tourmate, Scene Queen.
