Lø Spirit is the brainchild of songwriter and producer Joshua Landry, who channels his personal experiences with trauma, OCD, PTSD, and anxiety into art that’s as cathartic as it is hard-hitting. After first building a viral following on TikTok under the moniker “SadSongsOnly,” Lø has since emerged as one of alt-rock’s most compelling new voices.
The new track follows a momentous journey that saw Lø Spirit sell out his first U.S. headline tour, as well as support dates for The Struts, and performances at major festivals including Sonic Temple and Welcome to Rockville. Beyond his solo work, he’s also hit #1 as a writer and producer for artists like Papa Roach and Funeral Portrait, solidifying his place as an artist-to-watch, with much more music in the works.
