Alternative R&B singer/songwriter Yaz Aiyla began her journey writing songs in her bedroom in Devon, where she was brought up by her English & Turkish parents.
Aiyla is inspired by an eclectic group of genres and artists such as Amy Winehouse, Jorja Smith and Erykah Badu to Tame Impala, Jungle and Hiatus Kaiyote name but a few, aiding her in creating a delicately and delightfully put together sound. Check the new track “Golden Haze”.
