A Historic Pairing of Rock Juggernauts

In a move that has sent waves of excitement through the alternative rock scene, Silverstein and Story Of The Year have officially announced their upcoming co-headline tour, aptly titled the Camp Screamo Tour. Kicking off on July 12th, this month-long trek marks a significant milestone: it is the first time these two influential bands have toured the United States together, a fact that seems almost impossible given their long-standing friendship and shared history in the scene.

Joining the two headliners for this run will be special guest Origami Angel. Tickets and exclusive VIP packages are set to go on sale starting Friday, April 10th, at 10:00 AM local time. Fans are encouraged to visit http://silversteinmusic.com/vip for more information.

A Nostalgic and Chaotic Summer Experience

The anticipation for this tour is palpable, with members of both bands expressing their enthusiasm for the upcoming collaboration. Silverstein frontman Shane Told shared his excitement, noting, “This tour is going to be nostalgic, loud, chaotic, fun, wild, emotional, slightly unhinged, sweaty, mildly dangerous, and a little irresponsible! We’re playing songs from all the different eras of our band, the classics and a few deep cuts for good measure as well.”

Story Of The Year echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the mutual respect between the two groups. “We’re pumped to be sharing the stage with Silverstein. They are great dudes and they rip live. They’re also a really important band to the scene, and their records just keep getting better and more inspiring to all of us listening,” the band stated. They also confirmed they will be performing a mix of new material from A.R.S.O.N., fan favorites from Tear Me To Pieces, and the classic anthems that defined a generation.

Silverstein’s Continued Momentum

The tour announcement comes on the heels of a monumental period for Silverstein. Following their 25th anniversary in 2025, the band saw massive success with their double LP Antibloom / Pink Moon and the worldwide 25 Years Of Noise Tour, which sold nearly 110,000 tickets. Recorded in the high desert of Joshua Tree, their recent work has been praised for its emotional depth and structural complexity, with Antibloom earning a nomination for Metal/Hard Album of the Year at the 2026 JUNO Awards.
