The soul that’s seamlessly oozing out of Theon Bower’s “Do What You Feel”, along with the overall groove of the track I find to be utterly infectious.
It sounds as if Theon and J Love have sampled a track from the 70s and adorned it with gorgeous keys and drums that are brimming with texture. I must say the bass carries the track a beautiful way too especially when the strings fall silent.
The track draws on the roots of house as much as the disco that came before it, underpinned with a modern drum track that has been tried and tested in the clubs as well as well as this summer’s festivals.
