Pet Deaths have announced their new album Unhappy Ending which will be out on May 27th May. It follows the band’s widely acclaimed debut album.
The first single is called “Swingtime” and coincides with a new visual accompaniment directed by the band’s Liam Karima, and photographer Kulbir Thandi. Commenting on the video, Liam said: “The idea was to make a surrealist short with nods to Bergman, Lynch and Buñuel. Actress Aurore Pandenou really took to the role of ones imagination in the hole under ground. Shot in 11 hours and edited by Robin Philpot. I think we managed to capture a strange time in swingtime. 6ft under.”
