Kee Avil is a Montreal based producer who combines guitar, voice and electronic production. She has announced the signing with Constellation Records and the release of the debut full-lenght Crease which will be out on March 11th. We already shared “See, my shadow” and “Saf“; “Devil’s Sweet Tooth” is the new excerpt.
According to the press release, it is an album of deconstructed electroacoustic postpunk songcraft, chiselled twitchy minimalist guitar, sinuous electronics, industrial and prepared-instrument micro-samples, furtive rhythmic propulsion, all galvanised by the anxious intimacy of finely wrought lyricism/vocals.
