Yesterday Will Be Great are an Italian band comprised of Simone Ricci on guitars (former Kisses From Mars), Daniele Mambelli on drums, and Giuseppe De Domenico on bass. According to their bio, their music are inspired by Fight Club and Kubrick’s movies, books by Bukowski, Richler and Eugenides, landscapes by Hopper, Monet and Van Gogh, as well as photography.

Three years after the debut EP, they have announced the release of a new album called The Weather Is Fantastic, recorded under the supervision of Nicola Manzan (Bologna Violenta, Ronin). It will be out on April 8th  via Blooms Recordings. The title of the album fills a dystopian concept with irony: “Speaking of the weather, chatting, is typical of that superficiality that is destroying us, but of which we feel the need“.

Today we have the pleasure to share a new track called “Little Blue Flower” which shows the balance of their sound with delicate melodies and rough, deep rhythms and encroachments.
